Thanks Lord! – Adewale Sobowale

Christmas is probably the period with the most, thank yous, in the whole year.

What should I not be thankful for, and why?

When I look at my life, I mean my whole life, I don’t have any cause “not to declare myself another miracle. Possibly, the eighth miracle of our world.

Well, I don’t really know about you!”

But the more I think about life, the more I am convinced that an invincible Force, some super One, that’s taking care of me.

I keep getting into squalls, not that I would have informed Him beforehand, but He is always there to bail me out. Generally, I’m like the infamous son who takes his inheritance while his dad is still alive. He goes to waste it and comes back, not unlike a regretful dog, tail tucked between its hind legs, to see if he could still find favour before his dad.

Hmm…

I tend to think of myself as the proverbial cat, not with nine, but with several lives.

Yet, He’s there.
Ain’t I lucky?
Bet I am.

I just want you to do me a favour. Thank Him on my behalf It doesn’t really matter by what name you call Him, neither does it matter the means by which you call Him. As long as you’re sure,

He is God!
