I attended a church service today.
If you see their service, you’ll definitely know they’re not worshipping the same God with Nigerians. Maybe they had done the collection of offerings before my arrival.
But in Nigeria, churches would use every opportunity to collect money. Right from the normal offerings to the thanksgiving offerings.
Some will even be thankful for successful crimes of various sorts!
The one that left me dumbfounded was the fact that the bishop was in that service. He was casually dressed in a suit of, ‘Iya o ba baba tan’.
No soutane!

The bishop’s wife later anointed one guy. The outstanding thing about this was the fact that the boy DIDN’T fall.
She even did some casting away of the devil. Yet, everyone remained standing.
I learned my lesson the hard way. Jesus is indeed a Nigerian!
