I’ll always say the truth the way I see it, at that point in time.

I watched the Nigerian presidential election tribunal judgement yesterday and to be sure of what I heard, I’m reading some Nigerian papers online.
In the first instance, an indictment is not a conviction. An indictment could be referred to as an accusation, and we all know what a conviction is.
May I ask if it wasn’t possible to assail the tribunal with the evidence of various wrongdoings that took place in the election? So all the pictures taken and documents presented were just for social media!
I believe the best legal chambers usually have mock trials in which a party will act as a prosecutor, another as the defendant and yet another as a judge.
