I once said I can’t be a partisan. My decision still stands in the case of Nigeria.
When Peter Obi criticized the procurement of SUVs by Federal Legislators, it was all fair until a journalist asked if Labour Party members in the house were not beneficiaries.
His answer was disappointing!
We were in Nigeria when a Governor was using his personal vehicle and living in his own house.
He performed very well!
Indeed, Lagos State has the luck of producing some of the best governors in Nigeria. But I think Alhaji Jakande should be given kudos for being the best.
Let’s go to the government at the centre now.
I wouldn’t know what people are criticizing Mr Tinubu for!
The man had said even before getting into power that he was going to continue with the past administration’s policies of inaction. We should even be grateful for little mercies.
By the way, are our rulers not a picture of us as a people?
A people truly deserves its ruling elite!
