I learn Oga Tunde Kelani is rounding up a movie of Ayinla Omowura. And, Adedimeji Lateef is playing the lead role.
Now, both personalities, through their past records, are ‘best sellers’.
There’s no work by TK that’s not well researched. Lateef, on the other hand, is an actor of all seasons. He could play the roles of God and the devil in the same movie.
And, most people will like it!
A couple of years or so ago, the film, Fela, was a global chart burster. I’m reliably informed that it still is.
The point I’m making is that the world is watching the activities of virtually every one. It’s dependent on us to influence the globe.
For instance, while people would be interested in how Chief Awolowo performed wonders in the Western Region in the first republic, even in the face of an antagonistic federal power, I, personally, wouldn’t be interested in Obasanjo’s life of chicanery.
