I’m reading it’s now an offense in Ondo state of Nigeria for civil servants to send their wards to private schools.
That means it’s a must for them to send them to public schools.
As much as I love the patriotism of the governor who is a one time president of the NBA, the association of all legal practitioners in Nigeria, I don’t feel that’s quite in order.
Everybody has the right to send their wards to whichever schools they can afford.
Methinks the government would be doing a good job if it could look into why people are refusing to send their kids to government schools.
By the way, the governor possibly forgot to mention the politicians. Or are they sacred cows?
What’s sauce for the goose is also sauce for the gander!
