Who are these bishops and cardinals creating problems for our “all’s fair in politics” presido?
Why are they so troublesome?
After all the president has done.
At least we can mention the unbelievable fact that the costs of goods and services have plummeted. Farm products are now available, and people are getting more robust. Do you believe people now throw away excess food?
Roads are being constructed to nowhere in the country. That’s after the rural roads have been tarmacadamed.
Workers are given such high salaries that they are giving the excess back to the government to fix other things.
Electricity is now available 25 hours a day. Even though someone has read OA Lawal’s Economics textbook, which says people in rural areas tend to have longer nights due to lack of electricity, which in turn increases the population.
Even students are given full scholarships from kindergarten to university, and jobs are waiting for them as soon as they graduate.
Now, what right does some cardinal have to talk rudely to Mr President, who is so benevolent that he is doing us a favour?
Above all, our country’s GDP is rising, and the economy is fine. Even the refineries have been revived.
Our people don’t need to go to churches to beg God for necessities because the government is doing its duties.
What is the usefulness of pastors?
I suggest the government should license churches. Those churches whose pastors speak against the government should have their licences revoked.
Another way is running those pastors who are against the government out of town. They should be replaced by those “bishops” who were recruited in July 2022.
Was it not Idi Amin who said: “There is freedom of speech, but I cannot guarantee freedom after speech?”
I would advise our president to act urgently!
