Fermin Garcia-Gutierrez was arrested for shooting and killing a man in Hamilton on Monday.
Fermin, an irregular migrant, is not a newbie as far as crime is concerned. He has actually been arrested eleven times and deported eight times.
Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones said Garcia-Gutierrez was first arrested in 2021 and has allegedly used at least 7 different names and three different birth dates.
Police had arrested Garcia-Gutierrez for carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a weapon while intoxicated and obstruction not knowing he had actually committed a murder.
He is facing an aggravated murder charge that might see him serving up to 30 years in prison or get the death penalty.
