We understand the winsome and yoyoing Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation minister is still under suspension. She has even been interrogated by the EFCC.
Why now?
Isn’t it the Yoruba who say if a fire threatens to consume a parent and their ward, the parent will first solve their own problem?
The minister has really done well. She allegedly liberated a small amount and all hell has been let loose.
As a minister for poverty alleviation, was she not performing her duty? She was only planning to satisfy her own constituents and with the next tranche, she would have thought of others.
We need more people possessing a spirit of self-obsession!
