Do you believe you could become the president of this great nation of ours?
What are the qualifications to become the president? You only need the West African School Certificate.
Listen please, our problem is that most of us have lost our self-worth. We then believe those whose fathers have been in power are better than us.
That’s why we’ve been having non-performing presidents or even governors as the case may be.
Apart from having the basic academic qualifications, one also must love working for the people. That is, they must have the interest of the people in their hearts.
And it is so easy to rule our people if you are forthright.
It is very easy!
It is easy because most of the past leaders had hardly performed. If you remove people like Awolowo and Jakande who were exemplary in their activities, most of the others did nothing that was extraordinary.
Just give the people water, light, food, and a house like Fela sang. Everything will just be fine.
However, you must first buoy up your self worthiness. You must know that you are able Once you have that belief, the sky will be your stepping stone!!
Refuse to be used as canon fodders a.k.a. thugs. You can be the leader instead of being led.
Stop believing the government is the third person. You are the government!!!
