I wonder what civil servants in my state want the government to do for them again. I really do wonder!
When the government came on board, it promised so many goodies and it has delivered them. It went out of its way to even do much more!
Let me start from the education sector, both teachers and pupils are as happy as ants that happened to be put in sugar. Why won’t they? We have free qualitative education in this state. Books and furniture are supplied and teachers are regularly paid even before the month ends.
In agriculture, the state has never had it so good. We supply Lagos state with food. In actual fact we no longer go to Abuja to beg for monthly allocation.
To cap it all, we now have oil. Thanks to the riverine areas.
We have so many industries in my state. In fact, the agro related ones are simply enchanting!
Since we produce a lot of sugarcane, now we have a sugar factory in the state. So do we have a rice processing factory. We also have cassava chip making factories strategically located in the various local government areas.
As for road construction, all village roads have been constructed. The urban roads too.
I don’t know why civil servants can’t have enough patience. I mean for a government that has outperformed all other governments, they ought to wait for their turn.
We have borrowed their deductions and we shall repay them with interest by the year 2019!!!
