Four persons, including an immigration contractor, were killed by terrorists at the Immigration Border post in Kangiwa Border in Kangiwa Local Council of Kebbi State, Nigeria.
The Guardian reports that the spokesperson for the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) Kenneth Udo disclosed that efforts are in top gear with sister agencies to apprehend the perpetrators of the dastardly act.
Udo, Deputy Comptroller of Immigration, disclosed that no immigration officer was killed during the attack. However, the Service recorded substantial damage to its border facilities.
