The main characters of the Abacha era are now exposing themselves.
According to Mr Galadima, a self styled Abacha boy, the goggled one was advised by the likes of Saddam Hussein and Muhammad Gaddafi to stash Nigeria’s money abroad because the U.S. and other countries may block Nigeria’s accounts.
A pertinent question the journalist should have asked is, ‘Why would Nigeria’s accounts have been blocked?’
By the way, are the countries where the loots are being recovered in Mars?
When did stashing money abroad while the masses are suffering become fashionable?
Pray, what are the credentials of Gaddafi and Hussein as far as looting of their respective countries’ treasuries are concerned?
The Yoruba will say, eni bi ahun lo n r’ahun he. The Japanese say, when the character of a man is not clear to you, look at his friends. The Mexicans say, tell me who your friends are and I’ll tell you who you are.
As for Galadima and the other Abacha boys, I advise them to go tell their stories to the marines!
