I wouldn’t know if the act has contravened any part of the Nigerian constitution. If it hasn’t, people should ‘free’ the church.
Why do you think the population of women seems to be much more than that of men in church?
I would think it’s better for churches to be in the business so that sanity could prevail. When churches are in the business, the rate of scams may be reduced.
However, a question that comes to my mind is whether the church would allow pre-marital sex!
