CBC News reports that all sixteen of them had been released without charges earlier on Thursday, according to the RCMP.
Didulo was rearrested for violating her conditions, as was Ricky Manz, the owner of the former elementary school in Richmond, Sask., where Didulo and her followers have been living for two years.
Didulo and Manz had been ordered not to communicate with each other.
They have been charged with failure to comply with an undertaking and one count of intimidation of a justice system participant.
Police say they raided the c compound after receiving a report that one of its occupants had a firearm. Officers seized 13 imitation semi-automatic handguns, ammunition and a large number of electronic devices.
