I’ve always told whoever cares to listen that the Nigerian situation will get worse before getting better.
See the headline of yesterday’s news. The Interim Management Committee of the NDDC (Niger Delta Development Commission) has declared that Nigeria will break if it releases the list of looters in the organization.
Dr Cairo Ojougboh, the executive director in charge of projects, has accused national assembly members of being part of the looting spree.
Meanwhile, the national assembly itself is probing the financial and other activities of the NDDC.

I foresee the government setting up a committee of to examine the activities of the body. At the end of the day, your guess is as good as mine.
