Even At Death! – Adewale Sobowale

It’s a great thing to be a good man. That’s essentially what we’ve been telling people.

That a former governor in southwestern Nigeria is dead is no news. After all, everyone must die.

That he lived a good life could however be questionable. That, of course, depends on who is perceiving it.

But then, constituted authority continues to live after death. That’s why a mausoleum(?) has been built at Oluyole estate where his ‘living’ body is preserved.

The place is fully equipped with an air conditioner and a couple of comfortable chairs. This will enable people who want to consult the ‘living’ constituted authority have tete a tete with him.

In a country where people are struggling for daily survival, that’s the best that could be done. It’s the way one wants they would practise Islam.

Constituted Authority is enjoying life, even while dead!
