There is a case of seeming injustice about to happen in Oke Ilewo, Abeokuta.
Someone betted a game with an agent with one hundred naira. The person had been betting with at least, five hundred naira daily.
However, on the eighth of this month, the person was damn lucky. They played a crazy game. A crazy game is when you bet a David to win a Goliath.
The stake was 2.2 million naira with just three games. Surprisingly, the person won the bet.
Yes, they won!
However, the agents are now singing a new sad song. They say the ticket was deleted. That is, it did not get to the head office for whatever reasons. But, our better was issued a ticket with the betting company’s details. Since, the company has not disowned the agent, I should think this is a case of vicarious liability.
I may be forced to mention the names of the betting company and the agent if the case is not resolved in the next few days!!!
