So Buhari could go and commission a railway service in Lagos?
He’s probably too old to remember he cancelled the metro-line project embarked upon by Alhaji Lateef Jakande when he toppled the Shagari government in 1984.
The project handlers were said to have gone to court and it was alleged that the Lagos state government had to psy more than the cost of the project for breach of contract
37 years later!
This is the time Lagos deserves a railway service. Some people should be burying their heads in shame!!
