The greatest honour we can give the late Chief MKO Abiola is to keep Nigeria one.
We should respect each other. We shouldn’t have degrading mindsets about whichever ethnic group or tribe.
We should know that we have fantastic Igbo, Hausa and Yoruba just like we have terrible ones of each stock.
In other words, we shouldn’t look down on any ethnic group.
We should harp on those things that unite us instead of the ones that separate us.
Let’s all see reason and debate for fiscal federalism. Personally, I think going to Abuja to beg for allocation is embarrassing.
Our climate is good, we have natural resources in every state of the federation, so the sky is the limit if we are really ready to develop this nation.
Another thing is that we should find a way of using merit and gradually reducing the use of federal character.
Yet another thing, we must make sure we elect people who represent our interests and aspirations into our legislatures.
