Twenty corpses of migrants suspected to be Hatians were found in a boat near northern Brazil.
MacauBusiness.com reports that their bodies were in a state of advanced decomposition and showing signs of hunger.
Fishermen informed the authorities when they found the boat.
The federal police chief for Braganca, Alexandre Calvinho said, “According to civil police and forensic experts, there were 20 bodies.” He also said they were believed to be Haitian refugees.
