Yes, don’t you know Nigeria is practising a two-party system? And the beauty of it is that it’s a democracy.
It is a democracy because we the citizens Muda have not objected to the insanity being offered us.
The two parties are the rich and the poor. If you like you may say the haves and the e go better!
Instead of rejecting the waste being fed us, we are generally waiting for our turn.
And so, life goes on!
I understand one of them is giving out his daughter in marriage. At the last count, there were more than thirty jets there.
Check out how much will go for entertainment of guests. Check out the number of exotic gifts the newlyweds would receive. Without being there, I can see twenty cars.
Not tokunbo o!
Ochara!!
Tear rubber!!!
But then, on second thoughts, I think it’s a good way of empowering our jobless youths. At least, some will be employed to cook, serve and play music.
Presenting gifts will wake up a recessed economy. Workers will not be sacked because goods are unsold.
One other thing is that the rich don’t eat hungrily. So, there will be a lot of leftovers for the citizens Muda.
Abi, do they have a choice?
