The RCMP have arrested 16 people trying to cross the border into Canada on Friday.
The Canadian Press reports that two others, who were part of the group, are still being sought for by police.
The RCMP intercepted a truck near Stanstead, Que, in August that was attempting to bring 44 migrants into Canada. They were crammed into the truck without ventilation.
