A friend it was who told me today, November 1, is Authors’ Day!
Personally, I do believe everyone is an author.
Ok! Let’s take it this way, everyone has the probability of being an author.
Why?
Our respective journeys through life, if penned would be super sellers. But then, one should understand the fact that not everyone has the time to go into details.
But then, the title of being authors shouldn’t be the sole preserve of only people who write. The unlettered too deserve to be counted as authors.
In any case, many good African stories are derived from folk tales!
