A couple of days ago, fathers were more or less bathing and basking in the encomiums foisted, undeservedly for most of them, by all and sundry.
But let’s speak the truth to each other, do we deserve all the kind words?
Definitely, some of us are exceptions. They are the few who have made leadership of their respective families and nations tasks that must be done. And they are doing great!
But among us are the rapists and robbers. When we look around the world, men are mostly in positions of authority as leaders of their respective nations.We also head most important institutions.
But what do we have to show for our dominance?
Wars, diseases, economic imbalance, and so on.
I believe it’s high time we climbed down from our macho horses. We should start thinking of how to make our globe a much better place!
