I hear Aminu Mohammed, the guy who was clamped into detention because he allegedly abused Mrs. Aisha Buhari, is now free.
Mrs Buhari is the spouse of Nigeria’s president. She was said to have, along with others, given the boy some beatings before he ended up in detention.
But then, that exactly is not my focus.
I’m interested in Deborah Samuel and the role of Aminu Mohammed.
Deborah was a student who was stoned to death by Muslims for uttering haramic statements to Prophet Mohammed. By the way, we seem to have forgotten her case so soon.
Aminu was alleged to have used his social media accounts to mock Deborah’s death.
If that could be proved, I don’t think he deserves respect. Let the competent authorities probe his statements for possible clues for the investigation of Deborah’s death.
