Oluwo recently earned a suspension by the Osun State council of obas. With due respect, I don’t think it’s within the purview of the council to do so.
I don’t have access to the rules setting up the council, but I would think such a case should have been handled by the Nigeria police. More so, the senseless act took place in the presence of a high ranking police officer.
Personally, I don’t believe Oluwo should have gone home on the day in question. Oluwo could go to court seeking an injunction against his alleged suspension.
His so called suspension is ridiculously less than a slap on the wrist. That’s why a video has gone viral of the Oluwo saying the he is not under suspension.
I believe the Oluwo should be arrested to face a court of competent jurisdiction.
