I like good ideas!
What an excellent idea it is for the federal government to announce the postponement of the resumption of secondary and primary schools because of the dreaded ebola disease. Some state governments are already joining the bandwagon.
We love holidays in this country!
The governments want us to believe our children in those schools are the most vulnerable. They must have priviledged information to that effect!
When their sorcerers are ready, they will tell them to announce the shutting down of tertiary institutions. It will then be turn of work places.
Governments are not exempted.
I don’t pity those pupils in SS III. They should be happy because they might have more time to prepare for their WAEC.
Of course, teachers who are in government service have no fear, they will be remunerated for doing nothing. For those in the private sector, I am sorry!
We don’t have a fear of the unknown. Our otherwise idle research institutes have been mandated to find a cure for the dreaded disease which is said to be even worse than AIDS.
Until then, we remain on ebola holiday!
