Mr Latin (Popoola), is spending his last six months of two tenures, each of four years in office. But Popoola wants to contest again. Odunlade Adekola (Femi), one of the youthful elements, disagrees.
Femi opposes him. He and his family suffer a lot of indignities. Yet, he endures.
