A valued friend just sent me a video of Chief Bode George being interviewed. His insistence is that Tinubu is not from Lagos.
Well, we all know he isn’t!
But then, does it really matter?
A person could come from Jigawa or Enugu for instance, as long as he’s a Nigerian, he could live anywhere in the country.
Why did Bode George not insist on becoming Lagos State governor instead of Ondo?
I’m not in Tinubu’s camp but the Yoruba have a saying that, when we are crying we should be able to see. At this stage in Nigeria, we could certainly do with no tribalism.
